Transportation Routes

We offer three transportation routes that provide safe and reliable trips to and from our Day Program for individuals within a 15-mile radius. Our transportation services are designed to support independence, ensuring participants have access to essential services while maintaining dependable connections to our program every day.

Hours:

  • AM Routes: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM
  • PM Routes: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM

  • Medicaid Waiver (iBudget Home & Community Based Services waiver and CDC+)
  • Self-Pay
  • Florida Community Care (Medicaid Pilot Project – Polk County)
Transportation for Community Outings and Engagements

A key component of our Day Program at Building Blocks is fostering social skills, connecting with local resources, and encouraging community integration. Our team provides transportation throughout the day to ensure participants can safely access and participate in activities that promote engagement and connection within the community.

Notifying the Public of Rights Under Title VI

Building Blocks Ministries operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. Americans with Disabilities Act Grievance Procedure

This grievance procedure is established to meet the requirements of the ADA. It may be used by anyone who wishes to file a complaint alleging discrimination on the basis of disability in the provision of services, activities, programs, or benefits by Building Blocks Ministries.

Complaints concerning discrimination on the basis of disability by Building Blocks Ministries, may be sent to Paula Whetro at pw@buildingblocksministries.com. You will be contacted within 15 calendar days after receipt of the complaint to discuss the complaint and will respond in writing within 15 days of the discussion.
