Transportation Routes
We operate three transportation routes to provide trips for individuals attending the Day Program within a 15 radius.
Enrollment:
Please contact us to check on open seats on one of our routes. Space is limited.
Hours:
- AM Routes: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM
- PM Routes: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Payment Options:
- Medicaid: Building Blocks Ministries is a FL Medicaid Waiver provider
- Private Pay
